The restaurant - wine cellar "Basarabia" invites you to enjoy the atmosphere of harmony and aesthetic delight. Here, you will have the opportunity to return to the depths of the centuries, to penetrate the color of traditional Moldovan life and to delight yourself with dishes prepared according to the most exquisite recipes of our ancestors.
The unique interior of the restaurant, with archaic elements specific to the 19th century of Boyar Bessarabia, between the walls lined with Cosăuţi stone, will help you experience the full sensation of the old times.
The symbiosis of the aromas of national cuisine, bread, rolls and pies baked in your presence, the bouquet of Moldovan wines, poured from the barrels, which are located right here, will stop time, to continue the pleasure of being on this Moldovan land.
And in this special atmosphere of the restaurant - wine cellar "Basarabia" you will enjoy the true taste of our national dishes - polenta, sarmale, cighiri, steak in a pot, pike perch cooked like in Bessarabia, famous wines from the Republic of Moldova. With us, you will also be able to taste classic cocktails.
Your journey into the past will be accompanied by the orchestra that performs folk melodies imbued with the joy and sadness, love and suffering of this proud, talented and hardworking Moldovan people. Lyrical melodies will stir your soul, giving you a special mood.
