ABOUT

We offer you large and sweet rolls, made from high-quality wheat flour, decorated with braids and flowers.

Our bakery is based on the old ancestral traditions of celebrating the significant festivities in the lives of each of us. It is for this reason that we bake the tastiest rolls that are appreciated both in the country and abroad.

We offer you a wide range of rolls for weddings, baptisms or any other ceremony. Whether it is the roll of the bride, the groom, for the godparents, for the parents, for the best man, for welcoming loved ones or it is the bread of the young, any of these products will entice you with its inviting smell.

Since every ceremony has some traditions preserved even today, each roll has its own meaning. For example, to welcome the godparents and parents, sweet rolls in the shape of round bread are used, decorated with braids and appetizing flowers.

The bride's colacul is decorated with various ornaments, braids and flowers. Before leaving for the wedding, it is broken by the bride above her head, which symbolizes fertility and thrown in the shape of a cross over her head, and those who catch pieces of it will be happy and have good luck.

The groom's colacul is a sweet colacul that is distributed to all the wedding guests as a sign of sharing his joy. The godparents' colacul are 2 or 3 large, sweet colaculs that are presented to the godparents during the wedding at the big meal or the day after the wedding by the in-laws or in-laws.

The parents' colacul are 4 large colaculs for the in-laws, which are brought as a sign of thanks and gratitude.

At the big meal, the young people are asked to try to break a beautifully decorated colacul (jemna), prepared from cozonac dough. Whoever breaks the largest part of the ring will have more authority in the new family. Then the ring is divided among all the wedding guests. 2-4 jemne can be placed on the bride and groom's table, and candles will be inserted into one of them.

The rings for baptism and godparents are covered with a cloth and offered to the godparents as a sign of kinship with their family and represent a gesture of gratitude, for having become the child's godparents and for having witnessed the baby's christening.

Regardless of the type of event you are organizing, we are ready to delight you with the most appetizing rings, which will certainly remain a pleasant memory due to their special taste.

Being located in the village of Bardar in the Ialoveni district, we deliver both in the capital and in the country. For those who are outside the country, we make deliveries through express courier services, guaranteeing the quality of the products.
