The winners of the national literary creation contest "Mother's Letter" have been designated. 2550 students participated in the contest, of which 2000 - in Romanian and 550 - in Russian. The participants were divided into four categories according to age and language of instruction: gymnasium/lyceum in Romanian and Russian.

The contest is organized with the aim of discovering and promoting young talents and raising awareness in society. In addition to the main prizes, which are: 1st place - 2000 lei; 2nd place - 1500 lei; 3rd place - 1000 lei and 5 mentions for each category of 500 lei, the winners will receive over 150 participation diplomas and gifts from partners.

In total, about 250 students and about 50 teacher-coordinators will be awarded. All the winning students, together with their teachers, are expected at the Gala of the Laureates of the National Literary Creation Contest for Students “Mother’s Letter”, which will take place on April 28, starting at 10:30, in the Library of the Academy of Sciences of Moldova.
